Get the latest news about the customer before the meeting

I have tried the “Get the latest news” feature. It is available on the account form as well as on the Copilot dashboard.

When you click the prompt, Copilot uses Bing search engine to look for news articles about the customer.

This is a nice-to-have feature, offering you:

• The possibility to always stay updated regarding your customers. It helps you get to know your customers and the market.
• Ice breakers when starting a call. You could say, “I read that you have acquired a company”, or “I read you were awarded a price”.
