I am passionate about CRM and the importance of an effective CRM for every organization. With over 10 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, SaaS Product Specialist, and Head of Sales, I have an understanding on how to build a CRM to suit the user, management – and perhaps most importantly – the customer.

Today, I work as a consultant at Sopra Steria and specialize in driving digital transformation for clients across diverse industries by bridging strategic business needs and technology development. To achieve this, I leverage the Microsoft ecosystem, primarily Dynamics 365 Sales.
